Refund policy

1. General Policy

Due to the customized and intellectual nature of our financial consulting services, the following refund policy applies.

2. Upfront Payment

In case where you paid a 50% upfront payment,  it is non-refundable once the project has commenced. A refund may only be considered if a written cancellation request is received before any work has begun.

3. Final Payment

The final 50% payment is non-refundable once the completed deliverables have been sent to the client.

4. No Refunds for Completed Work

No refunds will be issued for any completed work, including consulting time, analysis, research, or revisions.

5. Processing of Refunds

Any approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

6. Client Support Policy

Our client support team is available to assist with the following:

  • Project Coordination: Monitoring progress and timelines.
  • Technical Assistance: Support for accessing and using deliverables.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Help with payment questions and clarifications.
  • Scheduling: Coordination of meetings and calls.
  • Revisions and Clarifications: Support regarding deliverable updates or questions.
